Kidani Village

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village While the over all theme and design gets a 10 out of 10 for us, we only give it a 6 out of 10 for young family (kids ranging 0-3).

The breath taking design

That particular trip we checked in later in the evening, I think it was around 8 or 9 pm, the sun was down and the ambience was at peak perfection. I have never visited Africa but if the resort in Adam Sandler’s movie Blended is correct, then Kidani Village is the closest you can get to feeling like you’ve been transport to Africa with out leaving the states.

I was so taken by the beauty at night I forgot to take pictures, so here is a random hallway during the day

If you are looking to feel immersed in a new location this resort gets our highest recommendation. It is the outermost Disney resort on the property due to the surrounding Safari animals, which actually makes it one of the quietest.

The Room

On this particular trip we went with friends so we stayed in the 2 bedroom villa

I think the pictures really speak for themselves, decoration wise this resort really is a knock out.

Dining

We only had breakfast for this trip so we can’t really give a review on the food Adequately, but the dining for the in-house restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. again the theme of this resort is really well thought out and well designed.

Final Thoughts

If you haven’t visited the animal kingdom lodges we definitely recommend adding it to your list, we recommend that your kids should be at least 6 if you want them to enjoyed theirselves more.
